Estate and Facilities Management
Part time 0.6fte - Working 22.5 hours each week. This role can offer some flexibility in working pattern and working days.
We are looking for a versatile, flexible post holder with previous compliance experience to join our supportive and friendly Estate Management Team to coordinate and advise on a range of compliance services across our University sites.
This ”hands on” role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Estate Management legal compliance activities in connection with statutory testing, including but not limited to: fire alarms, emergency lighting, security alarms. The work will include daily testing and recording of systems and assisting with fire safety, where appropriate. You must be proactive, well organised and accurate with a customer focused, helpful and flexible approach to work. The role requires some work outside of office hours to undertake mandatory testing.
