Job description

The Institute of Sport is a
vibrant department of the University of Chichester with wide-ranging accolades, a variety of facilities to support teaching and learning and student experience. We encourage all our academic staff to explore research opportunities and inspire innovative and new ways to grow and improve our establishment.
We are looking for a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics to work with us from mid-October for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you will contribute to the delivery of the curriculum on BSc programmes in Sport and Exercise Science, Sports Coaching Science, Sports Coaching and Physical Education and the MSc programme in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics.
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate your extensive relevant subject knowledge, have a good relevant undergraduate degree with further professional or academic qualifications at Masters level, and be able to foster creative approaches when responding to teaching, learning and scholarship challenges.
